No salary no work culture employees are told there is no need in project will keep you on leave without pay till project arrives makes fool out of you . Hr does not pick call and shouts on you if she picks your call by mistake.

...interviews and confirmed selection. Call for F2F round and hv wasted 1 more day. That day also confirmed selection and salary. Then kept on delaying offer letter and after 25 days offered 3 L less from the agreed salary.

There is no hidden process management,Best learning in terms of any technology

Salary not credited on time, no appraisal on time, Work pressure. You have to work in many projects and need to take accountability of the projects even though not in the job role.

The people around me are fabulous.managers , colleague and CEO of decimal are too good in behaviour.people are well skilled , u'll learn alot here.

Salary is not good comparatively. And there are no such perks as well. Office is far away from metro station. And only 1 shuttle is available which leaves sharp 9 am from huda metro.so if u r from Delhi or not from gurgaon, u gonna face some difficulty reaching office.

But the only satisfaction doing a job comes after a good salary which leads to a good working employment for any employee, here the case was different salary doesn't credited here in time at all so whoever thinking to join the office for regular office should avoid this company.
