I like the culture and Overall outstanding experience for me and i like to thanks my regional sales manager Mr. Sabareesh Nair or Business Development Director Mr. Dev chandwani they are always motivated me and help me.

Firstly I don't think I dislike anything about Deceuninck but yeah you asked me then i told you that salary is little bit low that's it but yeah I'm a new joiner so may be take some time then increase my salary in future.

People Centric company and always fun working with colleagues and in this pandemic situation company supporting a lot with all sort of motivations.

Nothing and no Negative comments, because company is Employee oriented and take care very well.

The best part of Working in Deceuninck is the bond between us, I have never seen such kind of communication and bonding. And I think I got the best managers in my life at Deceuninck. They are so supportive and energetic. They always help me with my silly questions so at that moment I got more confidence in my work and presentation.

Team work, confidence of talking skill, sales pitch had improved, standard of multinational company , best team I ever seen in previous ,good and excellent management.
