How bad company work in pharma With out any problem

Dislikes

... their medicines As well as they have no rule regulations for a employe bcz They don’t give a salary which person they don’t like as well as they terminate they without any excuses. More over they took a iPO form a share market with inlegal way, For ex. They saw iPO officers all artificial thing as well they give them money for passed a file.

The fact that the company is listed on BSE was the only attraction for joining.

Dislikes

The company looks like a proprietary firm, with the founder and his son and daughter running the whole show and some lowly paid, uneducated employees supporting. It works basically like local shop, with no sign of any corporate work culture; you'll feel like quitting right from the moment you step in and the circumstances further accelerate the desire.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
