Un scheduled meetings and all need to come to headquarters. Lack of professionalism in top mgt, Business focus is on onlu sales value. Staff exit management and final settlement process is very poor. JD will change frequently.

Mixed feelings about my experience. While the owner of this company is genuinely good hearted, the overall office atmosphere is quite exploitative. The leadership lacks efficiency. It seems that there are numerous fraudulent practices occuring within the accounts department making it a challenging environment for honest employees.I would advice potential employees to carefully consider their decision before joining this company.

There is nothing much to like. Only thing is if you're a junior level employee you can earn good incentives.

Company's working and management is perfect, Right persons at right place. But in my view tight work pressure and multiple direction by some management personals are affecting the smooth and confident working situation.
