In covid-19 lockdown, Decbectochem paid full salary.

Dislikes

We have to work overtime, Even on weekends.. Mangement is so poor, every five minutes, we have different priorities.. we are being transferred to different departments and units without asking our opinion. all mangers literally shout all day. Its like working as a pet of the organization. No job security.. will be told to leave the organization without any security pay. no job satisfaction.. Even air conditioners are kept off in summer to cut the factory cost.. please do not join this organization.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
