Our company is best of ather company, How, in two years lockdown our company pay full salary,and that time many people was lost their jobs,and got half salary,but our company give permission for work from home, And our CEO is a person who is always Hard working for grow up our company,and our Ahan Sir is a struggle man for our company, and Sreejit Sir is a fine sales manager for our company,and our office staff always workin like a family member,and cooperative for each other,and our design HOD give full support for our design team,so our company is best of other company,

In covid-19 lockdown, Decbectochem paid full salary.

We have to work overtime, Even on weekends.. Mangement is so poor, every five minutes, we have different priorities.. we are being transferred to different departments and units without asking our opinion. all mangers literally shout all day. Its like working as a pet of the organization. No job security.. will be told to leave the organization without any security pay. no job satisfaction.. Even air conditioners are kept off in summer to cut the factory cost.. please do not join this organization.
