In covid-19 lockdown, Decbectochem paid full salary.

Dislikes

We have to work overtime, Even on weekends.. Mangement is so poor, every five minutes, we have different priorities.. we are being transferred to different departments and units without asking our opinion. all mangers literally shout all day. Its like working as a pet of the organization. No job security.. will be told to leave the organization without any security pay. no job satisfaction.. Even air conditioners are kept off in summer to cut the factory cost.. please do not join this organization.

Words is shorts for dislike Everything is dislikable They don't know about any department and how department works. It's working like local kirana store. HR department sirf nam ka hai isse accha to fresher work karta hai. Ekdam faltu ka department hai. Pata nahi isse log company kyu bolte hai.
