- ZERO PROCESSES - Shows Fake Employee Strength (they have only 40-50 employees in real) - Poor Management & Lost Human Resources. - Miscommunications at its peak. - Poor Decision Making - HR and Reporting Managers are always misaligned - Manipulating and toxic work environment. (Looks good and sweet until your probation period) Their all old employees had left, only new ones are there to exploit new hires.
