Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Leadership team are very weak.. and creates pressures on ground team to hide their inefficiency. No training Policy.. Company will recover money in case of any loss. Ground level work pressures is extremely high because of Manual Works. No HR Policy..Job Security is completely NiL.
