Dislikes

Worst culture, no one care if you are dying they only need to be work get done. Worst HR policy make you grind like any thing. Notice period stretched you for 4 month. No respect of employees. In time you mention there is no time limits to stay back. Women employees they makes you to stay back for longer hours. No safety, manager dont even bother weather you reached home or not.

90 working days notice period holiday and week off not consider if you take leave it will not consider Continue monitoring like detectorship. You have to continue after completing working hours

Good for fresher as you get to learn on various projects. No dedicated training but on job self training helps. Actually seniors/ people leave and to manage work load, freshers get good opportunity.

Dislikes

Heavy work load more due to absolutely no planning, more projects than bandwidth, lack of system, all shortcuts only to ensure dispatch no time for quality, no responsibility clarity. Any new responsibilities, if no one is available can be randomly assigned to you not because you have experience but because you are available in their opinion. The biggest problem is policies. They are purely management friendly. Things will remain same till eternity as these are totally driven by management.

Very supportive Teammates. Energetic working environment. Transperent and supportive management. I'm working In DDE from last 14yrs and I'm very satisfied , securied and happy with my job. Management ha taught me many things. Taking care of each and every employee in this pandamic situation.

working in DDE is OK, I am in TSS team, for a fresher the role in that team is very difficult and also the exposure to learn other this is low compare to other department and also salary hike is also less. during covid time 1st 4 months they give WFH but we need to work more than company hours.

poor job security and hike need to work more than company hours and during off days.
