Good work environment, teammates are supportive and the management is transparent and supportive, company policies are good, appraisal are fair, and support in covid 19 lockdown, no salary deduction, overall very good

DCM is not a good company.No one is going to listen your problems . I have spend 1year with this company it's very tough to complete one year. complete mangement always lying. no proper policy and no one listen you. So pls never join this company.
