The best part is work life balance and good compensation, all teammates are highly skilled and professional. All technical manager is very strong in technical and good

Office security guard having enough privilege, they marking attendance and after 11 PM no permission to go out side office premises, Micro management doing by Accountant team. No laptop provided

DCM is not a good company.No one is going to listen your problems . I have spend 1year with this company it's very tough to complete one year. complete mangement always lying. no proper policy and no one listen you. So pls never join this company.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
