too difficult to sell bank's financial services.they consider themselves as a pioneer in the banking industry. Management is bad ..trainers are even more worse .one of the trainers mohit frequently call the CSM to keep the check .no matter what time it is.he will call you again and again and threat you about the job

Compensation structure of the Bank is good. They invest in employees growth by training and skill development.

Only limited products to work, they need some innovative products to compete with other Banks.

As comparable to work pressure to be handled as credit analyst, salary structure is low as comparable to industry standards. Also, certain basic facilities to be provided to offices( other than corp.or circle offc) like pantry service,coffee machine, microwave,flexible timings,Sodexo,other perks,etc.

...re is a huge cafeteria and gamming arcade for chilling.company policies is good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike bonus every year and good incentive
