The work that one does here is making a change to the Indian Science ecosystem and that gives one satisfaction.

Dislikes

...owth opportunity for employees. No employee development program are conducted. Salary is not competitive and no flexibilities or other perks to compensate for the poor salary structure. No work life balance, had been understaffed for a long time and no proper recruitment drive to fill the positions. No good leadership at the helm, too many management level changes affecting employees but employees kept in the dark till the changes happen.

Likes

India Alliance is good place to work when you want to transition from academia to industry. Also if you are interested in research management this is a good place to start building a career towards that.

Dislikes

The growth and promotions are slow. It is more laidback organization when it comes to career growth!
