Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. The work that one does here is making a change to the Indian Science ecosystem and that gives one satisfaction.

Dislikes

...owth opportunity for employees. No employee development program are conducted. Salary is not competitive and no flexibilities or other perks to compensate for the poor salary structure. No work life balance, had been understaffed for a long time and no proper recruitment drive to fill the positions. No good leadership at the helm, too many management level changes affecting employees but employees kept in the dark till the changes happen.
