Good work environment and culture. pepole in DBM are so friendly, team mets are always suppotive and there is awesome cafeteria to spend chill time with friends.you find more people working more than 10 years get good advice from them. Company policies are good. 100% safe to work and 100% job safety

Decent salary growth was very slow 😒. Yes they never forget encourage, reputate your performance. Eventhough there is lot of politics and the management address your issue and convince you. Hike was always confidential 🤪

Completely not safe for women employees 7.Full of flirting TL and mangers 8.As per company policy no Saturday working,but this shit people made us to work on Saturdays

Some boomer officials are there to order the T.L and says to work all Saturday and even sunday. Dont expect more appraisal here. Only 1k will be rewarded by management for the hardwork people by 15k can be rewarded for jaldra people
