1.Micro mangement 2.Full of politics 3.Toxic work culture 4.Peoples who are good books of boomer TL only can survive. 5.HR Team is completely waste 6. Completely not safe for women employees 7.Full of flirting TL and mangers 8.As per company policy no Saturday working,but this shit people made us to work on Saturdays

While comparing to work life balance. No detailing company can be come near to this unless you work under good T.L

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Some boomer officials are there to order the T.L and says to work all Saturday and even sunday. Dont expect more appraisal here. Only 1k will be rewarded by management for the hardwork people by 15k can be rewarded for jaldra people
