Job security is less , it's an proprietary ship firm and proprietor may not change . He totally depends on few people who really won't worth . People may not use his ideas to implement or change things .

Dislikes

Management is not listening things . There is nothings to compliment new things . They are not maintaining the minimum wages , statutory bonus to workers. Minimum canteen facility provided but they think it's a great deal for workers but it's a liability towards welfare funds . Full work pressure by which attrition is high.
