Dislikes

Management is not listening things . There is nothings to compliment new things . They are not maintaining the minimum wages , statutory bonus to workers. Minimum canteen facility provided but they think it's a great deal for workers but it's a liability towards welfare funds . Full work pressure by which attrition is high.
