All dislikes, one word I can say I toxic environment, no work life balance, extended hours of work, weekend work on demand, unprofessional management.

DAZN is a streaming Platform in which it allows all of it's employees to access and experience all of its Devices and Gadgets to work and for Sports FANs it is going to be a DREAM job for them.

Dislikes

As it is a Product Based company the work timings is not feasible and you have to be in office to ensure the Delivery goes on without any issues forgetting about the time and situations you have.

One of the worst management from "IVY". All QA members become Tech Managers, don't even know how the development works. Expecting to complete every thing instantly like magi. Prepare for night-out till 4-5am Even after doing the hard work, don't expect any job guaranty. One call from HR & pack everything. No Compensation no nothing.

On par with any other OTT platforms, DAZN is a key player. Very good tech stack. Huge scope to update skills and learn new stacks.

With great responsibilities comes great sacrifices. Apart from that it is good place for work.

For Freshers this company will be good as they can learn much and have go out with good experience

Work culture. People are working till 12 1 Not following Agile methodology Pager duty will be there(you have give support 24/7) Hyper Care(based on your schedule if there is any live sports then you have give support until the match is done)
