NOTHING TO LIKE, FULL OF WORK PRESSURE. THEY WILL MAKE YOU DO 4 PERSON WORK USING 1 PERSON, WORST MANAGEMENT. DAILY WE ARE HANDLING 90 - 100 CUSTOMER WHICH IS HIGHLY IMPOSSIBLE!! SPAIN MARKET CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS VERY WORST COMPARED TO OTHER MARKETS

WORST COMPANY, TOXIC WORK CULTURE, MANAGER IS A WASTE FELLOW ON ENTIRE EARTH IN SPAIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT, NO PROPER MANAGEMENT, NO HEAD COUNT AT ALL, THIS WORST MANAGEMENT DOESN'T EVEN KNOW THAT THERE SHOULD BE REPLACEMENT BROUGHT WHEN SOMEONE IS LEAVING THE COMPANY OR WHEN THERE IS NO HEAD COUNT!!

Everything......only if are expecting position and ability to go with management politics, ready to be a slave to heads then its a good place, those people can join. Everybody except few are just acting and behaving like they are good but indeed they are just wanted position thats all and those leaders are not even have a work ethic they just here by designation despite rolling many complaints aswell there is no chnage in behaviour still that fellow sridhar promote them only as leaders and give a manager access to them to rule the floor. Atleast now open your eyes and be equal to everybody and every individual as each one holds a different knowledge just dont go and give rights to wrong persons. I request have quick check on weekends and see how your leads are chilling only few leads hardly 2-3 will be supporting agents nd being with them

One of the worst management from "IVY". All QA members become Tech Managers, don't even know how the development works. Expecting to complete every thing instantly like magi. Prepare for night-out till 4-5am Even after doing the hard work, don't expect any job guaranty. One call from HR & pack everything. No Compensation no nothing.
