I feel worst in the company that here the work of the employees is not done in a time and here diploma students are also kept on contract.

Very less engagement in daily work, due to less business in company (India Plant)

There is lot of gaps to deliver the HR policy to employees, less business, senior management has no future plan for new business targets.

Started working in Dayco from August 2018 in program management department. Learned a lot, Team is too cooperative and supportive, you can learn to an endless extent. My reporting was to PM-GM ,a great Boss one should work with, Will also stand as a backup support in your success and failure.In every aspect it is a very good company one should work with.

Leadership personality as director. Taking dayco forward in case of viscous damper development design head support and guidance

Roll of other 2 leaders , Roll of Manufacturing head was not ok towards employees management and supporting the staff members and understand there actual problems

We are working with together like a family member. First thing was that company come to in weekly meeting and he was asked every one staff member any terrible come to do work or not these are the good thing about staff member.
