Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Nothing in the company is worth liking. The company works on no documentation and the work culture is a disaster. HR policies are pathetic.

Dislikes

...esponsibilities get transferred without the concerned person knowing about it. Salary cuts are a regularity for store operators. Tech team is the worst, check out their website and you will know what I want to say. No work from home even during peak covid period. No soft skills, no proper job trainings. HR has no process. A day will come when you will realise that you don't have a health insurance, while everyone else is covered. No reasoning, pure laziness.

The vision of the company is great and if you're self driven and customer oriented, you'll love working for the product

Dislikes

The culture and people in the company is not good for a long term career path. The people aren't progressive or collaborative. Too much politics around the office. Licking is appreciated way too much than the real work. Employees are not at all valued.
