Nothing in the company is worth liking. The company works on no documentation and the work culture is a disaster. HR policies are pathetic.

Dislikes

The managers working in the company are non cooperative and would try to bring the other person down at any opportunity. There are no set rules, new rules get created and implemented without providing proper information to the staff. There is absolutely no documentation, no communication channel. Responsibilities get transferred without the concerned person knowing about it. Salary cuts are a regularity for store operators. Tech team is the worst, check out their website and you will know what I want to say. No work from home even during peak covid period. No soft skills, no proper job trainings. HR has no process. A day will come when you will realise that you don't have a health insurance, while everyone else is covered. No reasoning, pure laziness....Read More
