..., the non permanent staff has to appear for interviews at the end of every year. The appraisals, salary, contracts are affected. They can also discontinue your service even if you had been working there for more than 3 years.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues,salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work culture is good in some of the schools but not in Durgapur DAV.

...lasses. Adhoc teachers r bullied or belittle demotivated by permanent teachers. Often they are not given pay for 2 or 3 months.

When many of the companies stopped salaries of their employees, we got full salary. Online classes have been arranged for students from March itself. Annual increment, good working environment, employees are taken care of.

Dislikes

I don't see any thing to dislike. Working requires very hard labour. Time frame is strictly followed.

Students are very curious to learn here. Most probably for the brand of DAV. You enhance your ability as of you can.

Dislikes

Management is very poor. Salary has also very much less. Regarding timing of school and each class no one should care about that. Rules are made just for few hrs after that rule has forgotten. Work pressure is very much high. Principal has not aware about that what are the inner potentiality of each staff.
