...y companies COO, But the person was not accustomed to needed Directional skills. Plus they expect an employee to everting in one package , for eg : Finding scopes to do work, strategies it , execute it with no extra cost , do learn extra skills like designing and then at end no proper direction to get an approval. so with our department it was a mess.

Dislikes

H.R dosent hold any power in the organization, everting comes directly from the owner/ CEO , Plus no increment .
