Likes

Good work environment .Teammates are supportive and management transparent.Company polices are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2yes before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Colleagues are friendly and supportive in nature. Learning Curve as a fresher is good. Job Security is quite high.

Dislikes

Delayed Salary is always an issue. Appraisal is delayed too. Difficult to maintain work-life load balance

Datawiswe was my first Employer after finishing.y masters degree . It gave me opportunity to show my capabilities and helped me learn new things. Also I made some of my best friends from there and eventually ended working with them Again at other firm which was founded by one of them!

I dislikes leaving it due to personal reasons!

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
