Datawind company was extremely gave me good salary and there was no pressure and harmful work.

Datawind company has no gave the people salary time to accordance there are so burden for middle class families that's it but company was very good for me.

Every single thing. The office was extremely dirty. No hygiene maintained. Salary late by 2 months on an average. No appraisal/ incentive whatsoever. Extremely frustrating work environment. No growth whatsoever.

The company is open innovation in chip rates tablets in latest technology.The fact that i am a part of a company that market reliable and has a global clients base.

Dislikes

Compensation is zero growth is zero.The work load is high.sometimes I have work 12-15 hours straight in a day and sometimes late into the night but company is no overtime pay for me.M.D do not value individuals unique strengths.which is a pain sometimes.

...he higher authority was very bad in the sence that the management was very poor. Our salary was always late,salary cycle was 10 to 10 but we received our every months salary after we strike for salary. Thats why I leave the job.
