...steal your data without your consent for which HR also does not take any action. The assets provided are in poor condition and non workable and then they charge you unnecessary compensation for the already existing damages in asset. Will force you to bring your personal assets.

The work culture is good and the CEO is someone who listens to everyone. I was just a KAM over there and was having some issues with my Manager. To my surprise, Janardan sir listed to me, coached my manager and me both so as to come on the same page. I aspire to be like him only.

Dislikes

The cafeteria should be big. Nothing else I can think of. Probably, they can increase my salary quite often.

...se they were actually trained and provided with multiple oppurtunities to learn. Now, If you talk about international tele sales, you'll be trained by a domestic trainer (cost cutting) and then they'll expect you to outperform the existing ones. I have seen very talented employees being fired within a matter of week. They'll just ask you to pack your bags and leave office right away. I went for the interview by reading reviews only to realize later that most of these reviews are scriptfully written by the seniors (mostly) to make you join somehow only to get fired (in most cases). Personally I've never seen someone getting fired within a week even after receiving an offer letter. Just keep these things in mind before even going for interview. I took the efforts to write an honest review to prevent potential victims from falling into this job trap. Try to go for some good companies even if you are desperate for a job but definitely not this one.

...ding interns. Salaries are mostly delayed. There is a huge communication gap. The documents (salary slips, offer letter, relieving letter, exp certificates, tax related, etc.) are released on the mood of the company. There is no proper audit structure to monitor everyone's work.
