...ake break on lunch time. They are allow to take a medical leave more than 2days. They hold my salary just because I am hospitalised and I take a leave more than 3days. They doesn't give me salary of my working days but they cutted PF from my account on that time when I need money. Is it right? Why we do job? If we are not getting money they what is the need of that job? We are employees not a workers. There is no professional environment. Even team leaders are talking non professional with employees. They targeting someone and then try to make that employee alone. There if employee already left their job but still they use employee's details and run account for showing number of employees.

Good work environment. Teammates are very supportive. On the job training will be given to new employees.

Salary could be increased a little bit more as per the experience of employees. Appraisal amount can also be increased every year.

...y want. There s no way to grow like that. They make you work 24/7 pretty much. Salary is low compare to all the work they give aditionally, not worthy for not having a life! I do not recomend this Company, even if it s a MNC they still have the Indian mindset. Most people I know that algo joined recently are only surviving here until they find a new job in a decent company.
