The best part of datamatics is it provides jobs for many rural side people & it won't let u feel unemployed.

... school like wearing shoes & formal compulsory there is no choice of individual. Also the employees have no freedom, mobile phones not allowed, salary is low, it feels like your are as bonded labour so need to improve on those things. Seniors presurrize too much

...r for washroom. Everyday up and down happening for girl's bcz of washroom issue. No promotion ,no improvement in salary also,no growth

It is good oppurtunity to me to worked in Datamatics. I was happy to worked in Datamatics. Really i enjoyed to work. My teammates are all so good.

Salary is very low and working hours not comfortable, partiality seen by the team leader ..Team leader not fit for his role.. They are not valuing the best performers.. They are not obedient.. I have lots of complaints is there but I don't wanna mention all the stuff.

Although the appraisals were halted this year due to the pandemic, we would always get our salaries on time. That is one thing I really like about the firm.

Dislikes

The learning curve and growth in this organisation is very bleak, although the compensation is decent, there is no job security, especially during this flaky period and there is a lot of work pressure, even when there aren't that many ongoing projects.
