Company Culture is Good. Behaviour is the Important thing as per you department. Very best part is learning but there are limits too.

Dislikes

Salary hike Don't know why these company gives less and work more pattern. The insensitive not always for everyone only for few employees even you give you contribution.

The leads and responsive. Good things to learn and grow career also best place to make friends.

Dislikes

Less salary compared to market. No growth compare to monetary as well as management won't listen if it is related to hike or any cost related to company

... There is a small cafeteria but very nice design.and gaming arcade for chilling. Covid - 19 lockdown in very supporting in company no any deduction of salary all employee.company policies are good, appraisal are fair.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Pramotion Benefit and opportunities is very small.management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.

Overall environment and culture is good.Teammates are quite supportive to manage the outline.

Dislikes

Companies policies are not that much good also there is no good salary packages and hike.Also there is a lots of politics. Also there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

First of all there is no any increment in real manner. Poor salary packages for freshers and after that less then 8% increment in 1 to 2 years. Only load of work. Reimbursement policy very bad. Not recommend to join in datamatics global service limites🤟🏻

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
