There is nothing to like in the company except the founder's skills. He is a great person , great Boss. But he cannot control everything running in the company. People working in the company should understand their responsibilities.

Dislikes

There is micro Mangement. Never expect your salary on time. Management will never wish to do anything which can be in betterment employees. Politics is at its highest level. I was told that there is insurance for all employees. I got accident and they did not reimbursed my amount. They rejected the bill telling that you are late to submit. Seriously? Anyone is liable to ask you about your personal leaves ,vacations and short leaves without your wish. Any senior can shout on you and can use offensive words. If you are a man they get your ears to ready to listen the abusive words. People mentality is cheap. They never care about your respect. I was only focussing on my work and I survived. But they will show their true colors at each and every step. Nobody wants to work in such culture. Only those who are in need will find out their place in Dataman. As terrible experience as slavery.

... like lala ki dukan - clients are chindi - increment be like utha k muh m zeera - salary credit is depend upon client paid or not - work delivery is always want on time but salary 1 month delay - every minute accountability at eod

Nothing to like actually. Didn't find any positive things accept office infrastructure.

...s, so that they can fire you in 5 min & you cannot claim on any legal terms. 3.) Salary procedure is worst-s-worst in the world, trust me. First month one will get salary in span of 10 days of next month and after first month of your joining from 2nd month, One month salary comes in end of nxt month, means then their will be span of almost 50-55 days in getting salary, that too, at times one has to call in their account department & request. Very bad. 4.) They will fire you without any prior notice period, no matter how long you have worked here even after probation period. And, if you want to resign then they ask for minimum 1 month notice period. 5.) Softwares are outdated & dam costly. 6.) No working culture, No HR policies, it's a typical baniya ki dukaan. 7.) A guy named Ketan Jain there, doesn't have any working experience, doesn't know even how to draft a mail, his age hardly between 20-25 yrs & owner of company has appointed him team leader, as he is their relative or friend's child, to handle marketing team that has guys, having experience of more than 10yrs to 15yrs. And this guy create too much of mental torture for employee's to proof his designation seniority. Even senior managers or vertical head in company don't have guts to correct him. Highly indisciplined guy. 8.) Think 100 times before joining. "Dataman mein ya to financially majboor kaam krte hai, ya majboot"

Good in the fixed timings as what time you leave is fixed no extra work need to be done.

Dislikes

Salary is never on time always 20 days late. Sometimes they like to play the blame game with juniors. Lots of politics on the upper management.
