...ome is creating miscommunication and requires attention irrespective of timings. No salary hike cycles are followed. Zero encouragement or motivation in any aspect.

Remote working option is the only thing which is good here.

Dislikes

Initially, things were good when i joined, but they have been terrible in the last few months. The company has run out of fund and they deducted some part of our salaries for 5-6 months. We have not received any appraisals in the last two years. They promised to return the deducted salaries within a few months, but it has now been more than 6 months, and we have not received it and also there is no update from there side. As a result, most employees resigned, and the company's strength is now down to less than 10. This is our hard-earned money, and we don't know when or if the company will return it or not. Another thing, that I found very disturbing is the unprofessional behaviour of the founder. He doesn't know how to speak to employees and is very rude at times. I think he should learn how to speak and behave first.

The entire team is quiet friendly and supportive. Always open for idea and suggestions Work life balance is really good

Dislikes

Can improve on the learning and development areas to give more exposure and employee connects. Overall nothing negative as such
