Salary was quite good. But work with no goal until you are in development. work culture is a horrible job security is like, you wake up and go to the office and you will be asked to put your resignation with no explanation. growth is negative. learning is a double negative. many of my colleagues are targeted.

Good compensation, best shift allowance(morning, evening,night & weekend shifts)every shift has allowance, high bonus, best hike in market, friendly environment to work, inside city, short notice period, performance appraisal, hard work recognition, employee of the week gift money, everything is about good money for employees.

Dislikes

No intellectual growth, repetitive work, no proper segregated teams, proprietary tools used which has no value outside, no job security, no food, bad title(operation analyst) which has no meaning for the job that is done, only monitor and solve issue, none of the global tool is used for operations team, a bit of politics in management,
