Huge work load with no monetary growth. Makes your career 0. From last 3 and half years there was no increment in my salary and due to excessive work load i had to find a better way for my future.

HR and few team mates are nice and helpful

Dislikes

No tea breaks, Cant use new codes have to write only want the tl says and the way he wants to, And even if u live far u have to come on time and work min for 8.5 hrs, so no flexibility in timings
