... 10+ years of experience guys are working under 4-5 years of experience guys. 5. Some resources were hired from a competitor company on a very high package (More than 10+ LPA) who even does not know Java as much a fresher knows. Now, we are teaching them Java. 6. There are many un-necessary restrictions on employees which is highly irritating.7. Some employees have already started looking for new jobs, and as soon as they will get it, they will move out.

1. For the freshers, this company is the very good place to start. 2. Departments except engineering, work culture, career growth & opportunities are good, they give the chance to talented people. 3. They believe in latest technology adaptation, so there is good skill development in terms of learning latest technologies. 4. Director and higher authorities of remote office of the company are very helpful and supportive, like they give u the emotional, financial support, work from home when u needed, etc.

Dislikes

1. The environment of Engineering department is very intense, never recommend someone to go there. 2. In every department, politics is there, because of this some non-talented, non-deserving people also get some good positions. 3. Their management is also not good.

Colleagues are really well with helping nature and work together app support team environment is really best if someone is seeking the opportunity for as400 development carrier it's a very good company along with job security and well salary

N/A if pocket is full desired you want so every thing is for you so no bad things are here
