Based on the skill you have they will assign you in a project.They won’t keep employees in bench for long time as soon as they get the project they will assign to the employee who is on the bench.

Salary is very less and you won’t get the recognization for the work you did.

I am working here from 2023 Jan, I am very happy to be a part of this company. It great place to work and learn new technologies. They will encourage us to come up with new ideas and work in different technology and the managers and every employee is supportive and encourages for the work. I am very proud to work here, and positive and great work culture.

There floor infrastructure was good

There is no work balance, even though you hav to stay whole night. Weekend is just so called leave, after start project they push to come in Saturday and Sunday also. Management is not cooperating they follow micro management.

we can learn new technologies and new skills in free time (i mean if no projects is there )

without giving proper intimation they can layoff the people whoever not working in projects and also bond system if they want to remove no notice period serve they will tell your last date like within two weeks, if we want to go we need to serve notice period 3 months.
