Good flexibility and lot of learning from begin to all latest versions of software. The team i am in is very good. good benifits are also provided

Salary hike is OK but not best. It will be good to retain employees if they give good hike every year. But hike is little better than other bigger companies but still employees are not satisfied.

...d Compensation+Benifits about the company. The team where I work is is not good. People in team only relax and take salary and only few members in team work. There is no accountability who does not work, so more pressure on people who work. Toxic work culture. A serious "NO NO" to the company, unless you have a fake experience and desperately need a job.

Dump team mates with less knowledge and high designation & PG. Toxic work culture and only few teammates work and other relax. so more pressure on those who work and others enjoy ..

This company never over exaggerated or lied to the employee. They are transparent and promise only what they can deliver. That's really what every company should follow. The HR are really really good here

Nothing like don't like. It's the clients who make it difficult but the company supports the employees.

Lack of vision from the top management, hasty and impulsive decisions constantly, laying off people no matter how old that employee is with the company.
