...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Great Innovtive company with team work. Lots of extra activities other than work. Family like atmosphere and treatment to employees. Beautiful Garden and temple inside office premises.

There is no clear policy, salary breakdown and they have core team like concept, if you are in so called 'core team' then only you got noticed and appreciated. 'Every single person in organization have own value' - management should understand this simple thing.
