...n surrounding him from every department. He acts humble, but trust me, he’s not. Now, let’s talk about why so many of us left: - No clear vision, constantly shifting goals - Unnecessary marketing expenses while struggling to pay employees - Constant salary delays and severe cash crunch - Fake promises—both to employees and clients - Insanely toxic work culture - In 2024, they enforced a rule where NO ONE was allowed to take ANY leaves—not even for emergencies or health reasons (hello, labor law violations?) - Extreme work pressure, unrealistic deadlines, and zero growth opportunities - Promotions and hikes given to favorites, who ended up leaving anyway because of—you guessed it—the CEO’s ego The worst part? They make fake promises about their product, and when it inevitably fails, employees take the fall. If you don’t blindly follow the CEO’s commands, you’re fired on the spot—no PIP, no compensation, no notice period. The attrition rate here is insane. Bottom line—don’t join unless you’re absolutely desperate and just need a temporary place while job-hunting. This is a family-run business that has been struggling for the last 12 years, and things aren’t getting any better. I’m not trying to spread negativity—just stating the reality.

...n have a CTO. The company is rum by a ceo which is not even a tech person. Salary on time is a very big issue there have been months where you might receive the salary in a gap of a months time. They offer you a very handsome salary in the starting but the truth is they don’t have the capability to sustain it. The culture is poor within the company. The entire management team are old 60’s people who are enjoying just their post pension days. They have zero knowledge nor they have anything to do with the growth of the company. Everyone in the management team is just portraying to sustain as long as they could in the company. So don’t get flawed when you see people from big organisations working here on LinkedIn. They just hire people without any strategy and planning and fire whenever they feel like. I have seen people getting hired here from companies like oracle and honeywell and they were just fired in just three months without any notice. The more severe problem is they don’t even pay you a severance package. Even after reading this you are planning to join the company the best suggestions is to check on LinkedIn from the past employees of the company also to verify you can also check on LinkedIn the average time spent by past employees of data dynamics is even less than a year. ( because every month atleast 5 people get fired )
