There is no hard core 9 hours working culture, if you are getting connected from office premises. There is no micromanaging on utilization of 9 hours per day.

...ess projects are there to work, which creates uncertainty about your job always. Salary will be credited on 5th of every month. No opportunity to upgrade your skills as per market demand.

Only think is work from home.

Dislikes

...hell of a nightmare. What they've promised during joining time, they don't keep. They always change their company policy whenever comes to any bonus/incentive payout. Everytime you asked for reason, they don't come up with exact resolution, they say they've updated their company policy and changed their calendar system for that payout. You can't even complain, cause they threat you to make you resign. And the best and amazing part is they pay Rs 80/- for overtime, yes you heard me right Eighty rupees only, which is less than a rickshawala earns these days.

Job security is here, I like most. They don't sack any employee they might change there team but never heard that any employee got sack from this company

Dislikes

Low pay , no increment very slow in the matter of appraisal,increment and pay. Seniors play politics and are partial towers every new joinee and freshers even after complaining nothing happens. I don't feel heard over here.

They give salary on time, company rules are Good....

Dislikes

Office politics, some peoples are bad, some project managers are very bad behavior, they don't give you CL or MEDICAL Leave... I only get 8 days holiday in my Whole 3 years of working in DCG DATACORE...

Dislikes

Human resource department should interact with the employees. Listen to the the workers and understand their issues. I guess management lacks the proper leadership and take biased decisions. Dedicated employees get targeted easily. This may effect a company's reputation in future.
