If you are lazy by nature, you will enjoy every bit of your time here. The problem is that you will remain in the same trap, and before you realize it, 5+ years will have already passed because most of the people around you are older and you will slowly start to feel miserable like them. Being older is not a problem but to behave like one, definitely is the one. BASICALLY NOTHING TO LIKE.

1) Salary is really low here. The best part will be to join these idiots and leave within a year or two. You will thank me later. 2) Upper management and HR. They are the worst of all. All uncles and uncle like mentality. HR's are plain stupid coz they are the ones running RnD by offering low salary. You will never interact with them. For issues go to people manager, for salary go to people manager, etc etc, you get the point. 3) Tech they utilise is of no use in the outside world. 4) No employee benefits like sweets and all on Diwali. Calling this a product based company is basically a joke. The yearly gift you get is plain shit and stupid. People have been getting company Tshirt of worst quality with some random brands like ANMOL, FUNTOOSH(I don't remember names actually but you get the point). For Ganesh Chturthi, Diwali you will have to stand in queue to get sweets. Like really??? 5) If you are going to join SOLIDWORKS, you have my blessings. And in Solidworks if you are joining Manual QA team then you need GOD because that team is with Koka Veera Vara. PATHETIC human and pathetic thinking. You will be given appraisal based on how much information you have passed him and how much time you are sitting at your place. Never join SOLIDWORKS coz from top to bottom everything is just hopeless. 6) jiyo chahe maro 3 din tho jana hi padhega in office.

Salary of experience people is very low. Lot of disparity. Internal Tools. Competitive tools not used. Job Rotation not allowed, you can get stuck into same work. No transparency when people move from one brand to other. Same old technology No ESOPS in salary.

1 Salary hike percentage is low 2 Heavy work load throughout 10 to 12 hrs average 3 Work life balance compromised at many instances, poor 4 Higher Management shows as if they are concerned but they are not in reality, only sweet words, no action. 5 High attrition rate in last 2 years 6 Employee Feedbacks collected but never implemented any of it.

Product based company, financially stable n growing. Good work n life balance. HR and Leave policies are good.

Dislikes

Like any other company. Salary for old employee may be a concern for some time. And it is Hybrid work - 2022 onwards ,Complete remote job not possible.

1. Poor compensation as compared to other MNCs 2. Appraisal ratings are not in your immediate manager's hand. It is already pre-decided by top management irrespective of your performance 3. Except Medidata, there is no skillset growth in other brands and except Medidata all other brands have the work life balance. 4. No Work From Home (only temporary WFH during covid time) 6. Promotions are hard to come by even though you feel you are deserving. High weightage is given to performance in other areas (event organizing , participation in other events) in the appraisals than your technical achievements 7. You will get the worst meal in their canteen.
