Work life balance is poor. Everyday you will return home by 9 or 10 pm if you are an engineer. You have to work on weekends at least 1 weekend per month. About appraisal and hike it all depends on your manager

Covered spouse if 35 age group - Free food alternative Monday and Friday - Team lunch according to budject.
