There is nothing to like in Dash Technologies except they will give good salary to freshers.

...r you, I am talking about Visnagar Branch. The company had the worst management. They give salary in hard cash and not in bank account, some way or other they are making their black money white by providing salary and incentive in cash, I have seen people receiving ₹ 1lakh in cash noe you can think on your own. The HR are kind of fool people they asked for my document for 3 time even after submittng 2 times prior. Favourism plays its role here. Also they don't have experienced BDM they don't have proper strategies on how Business development department work. They are forcing people to do unproductive overtime where the higher management will just do gossips and also don't get overtime payment.

It was good experience in working with Dash Technologies, As Fresher I was joined and developed my skills there, Good working atmosphere and you can see your growth in your position for sure.

Dislikes

Had some disappointments in salary increment and appraisals also poor incentive structure, Compensation is decent but Growth is Slow.

Extremely worst place to work. No higher authority will be able to help anyone. No Company policies company belives in my life my rules. No job security. I recommed not choose this company for work they will ruin your work experience and knowledge as well.

Dislikes

All the things about company. Company's policy. Nepotism No manner to give salary they give hard cash 50% and rest by Gpay or someother way. They can fire you anytime. No proper planning for work you can be shift to any department anytime.NO training.No induction. No HR involvement in any case.

Nothing. It is a cheater company where an invester is not even paying full salaries to employees and also they pay half cash and half in the bank account from unknown sources. This was really a single very bad experience of my professional career. They haven't paid my notice pay even after completing the knowledge transfer 100%.

Dislikes

Everything and the most dialike is a very rude way of handling employees with abusive words.

You can grow here salary wise and knowledge wise.

The hierarchy here is very much bossy and ruling. They fulfill the saying here that "Teapot is more hot than tea itself." But If you can close your ears and do some politics. You can work here.
