In my previous company, I had a very negative experience due to several factors. Firstly, the company promoted religion in a way that made me uncomfortable. This was a clear violation of the separation between personal beliefs and the workplace, creating an unwelcoming environment. Secondly, the dress code was at odds with what I expected from a corporate setting. It deviated significantly from professional standards, which undermined the sense of professionalism and cohesion within the workplace. Moreover, there were undisclosed reasons behind these unconventional practices, leaving employees in the dark. This lack of transparency contributed to a sense of unease and confusion among the staff. Also no time management for work. To conclude, my overall experience at the previous company was very negative. The combination of religious promotion, unconventional dress code, and undisclosed reasons behind these practices created a work environment that did not align with my expectations or values, leading to a highly unsatisfactory work experience.

The company culture is excellent, characterized by a team of soft-spoken colleagues, supportive seniors, and a mentor dedicated to our growth. My Seniors play an important role in growing my skills, making a substantial contribution to our professional growth. Initially, my writing skills were commendable, but under the guidance of our mentor, they have polished further. Another positive aspect is the timely disbursement of salaries, consistently received before the 5th of every month. Moreover, the design of the leave structure is thoughtful, actively promoting a positive work-life balance.

Dislikes

In all honesty, there is very little to dislike about the company ( dartdesign.in ). However, one improvement could be transitioning to Monday-to-Friday work culture, which would align more seamlessly with conventional workweeks and potentially enhance the work-life balance for the team.
