Decisions are made based on borrowed second hand information rather than facts. No room to justify your stand. Everything is out of whims and mistrust. Nothing is analytical. Roll out is terribly high. Decisions lack concrete case study. It's always instincts.

In Darshan Flexibles; It was like multitasking hence we learnt all the departments jobs, it really helps me grow in different ways.

Dislikes

There is no job security, There is no other option for forgiveness for the mistakes done, directly terminate in next minutes.
