There is no such wow things that I could share.

...reason for why I quitted is there is no growth in terms of salary ,position etc.they promised me salary growth after 6 months but even after 1.6 years there was no growth. Month after months I kept on asking and they kept fooling me.

I like working at Darsh Infotech because I'm learning a lot, everyone is friendly and the projects are interesting. It's a nice place to be!

I really like everything about working at Darsh Infotech. Good people, interesting work.

The work of an employee is always appreciated, if the employee is working hard and is capable there is no time cap, they promote and make increment of the employee within months of joining. Work environment is very friendly and helpful, there is nothing as office politics in Darsh. Always aspiring and inspiring for growth.

Worked for almost 3 years, explored different departments through out, right place to explore and grow, as there is open hirearchy at Darsh you can often come up with your own ideas & solutions, had a great time with the Darsh Fam

Lack of formal tranning sessions

Higher management is approachable anywhere and anytime, learning experience was best as most of business strategies were transperently cascaded and aligned with clear objectives. Work culture is amazing, as fun and work coexist at work place.

You may experience micro level management at times. Renumeration are adequate
