Job security is good, salary credited on time always, one can get decent exposure of business at an early stage in their career, Overall you should only join this company if you are a fresher or desperate for a job.

Dislikes

...arely resemble a human being. The company does not believe in rewarding loyalty. There are absolutely no perks here, literally nothing! there are arbitrary penalties for which you will be harassed, the offices are dirty, the salary practice is scummy and HR is spineless. There are unbelievable restrictions placed in the offices. Literally no employee works here because they want to, everyone here is stuck and cannot wait to leave. Partiality is rampant as well. And be prepared to follow random diktats without any logic because some managers ego is so huge they don't believe in listening to reason. Avoid joining if you can. You can be your best here but they will still treat you like you are worthless.

Likes

...management cares for thier employees and helps them to grow within organisation. Compensation and work life balance will be slightly low, however the learning will be astronomical. The environment and culture is amazing, it is developed and maintained by the management in such way that employees have positive mindset and can think independently towards solving problems.

... giving you yearly fix increment and bonuses (HR does a really great job here).. BUT there will be a breach amount(PENALTY) which will be your minimum 6momths of salary that you will have to pay. The seniors or HOD acts like the owner of the company where they don't empathise and have a huge ego.. they will take each and every things very personally and can hold a grudge against you if you don't act like one of them. I'm glad I left early (yes I had to pay the breach amount to avoid drama) bcuz I heard from the market that they bribe people and torture/threaten employees who wants to switch(breach contract)

Terrible lala company to work. They force you to sign opaque contracts with multiple Limitations. Only increment for lala's blue eyed boys. HR is pathetic and fiduciary. No Work ethics as it cheats it's clients openly. Some clients have also blacklisted them multiple times

Dislikes

Contracts, irresponsive HR, compensation, Sunday working culture, last last last minute preperation, lack of vision

Likes

...pany for a longer period of time. You'll get all the monetary perks on time i.e. salary, travel reimbursements, etc. One has to travel a lot as the no. of employees are less & workload is quite high which affects work-life balance also.

Dislikes

No career growth, lot of travelling due to less manpower & more workload which affects work-life balance also. No training is given whatsoever. In a nutshell, if you just want to get the life going without any thought for career growth, new technologies, etc. then it is the best company for you.
