Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Work life balance. VPs, CEO, and other super senior management meet all employees politely. Flexible in rules no strict rules for anything. All employees follow the rules.

Dislikes

Regular Learning sessions are not in practice. Rest of the things are great.

DC has a very good immage in Engineering field, working with DCI is a prestigious feelings with knowleggeous technical expertise is a great experience.

Dislikes

Rules and regulations working life balancing caltures are different for site people's which seems little unfare to site employees.
